Elaine Ranieri, a consultant with DKH, has been an educator for over 32 years. Twenty-four (24) of those years were spent teaching mathematics in schools in Florida, Texas, and Louisiana. During her last twelve years in the classroom, she gained experience in magnet program development, curriculum development, and recruitment as a founding staff member for 3 different magnet programs: a middle school gifted magnet, a middle school math/science/technology magnet, and a high school wellness and medical magnet.

Following her career as a classroom teacher, Elaine spent seven years working in the MSAP grant management office for Pinellas County Schools. While in this office, she had the opportunity to work on three different MSAP grant cycles, first as a Curriculum/Recruiting Specialist and later as Project Director. These grants supported the development of eight magnet programs: one middle school Global and Communications Studies magnet and seven elementary magnets – Journalism, Marine Science, MicroSociety®, Montessori, Engineering & Mathematics, IB Primary Years Programme, and Medical Science and Wellness.

She has been an associate with DKH Consulting since 2007, assisting with the evaluation of magnet schools throughout the United States.
